Jason E. Polchinski, M.D., grew up in
Staten Island, NY and went
to college and medical school at Tulane University in New Orleans,
LA. Upon graduating medical school, Dr. Polchinski was commissioned as an
active duty Army officer and completed his residency training in
Neurology at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. Dr.
Polchinski was board certified in Neurology in 2014. After completing
residency, Dr. Polchinski served as an Army Neurologist at Landstuhl
Regional Medical Center, Germany, caring for our wounded warriors
evacuated from conflicts abroad. Dr. Polchinski now comes to Bend
Neurological Associates after having honorably completed his
military service and achieving the rank of Major.
Dr. Polchinski has broad interests in adult general neurology and has
specific interests in headache management. Dr. Polchinski is able to perform
procedures such as Botox for chronic migraine and occipital nerve
blocks. Dr. Polchinski is also interested in epilepsy, movement disorders and
diseases of the peripheral nervous system.
